“Sold my BMW now but Parm was great. Fixed problems that other shops couldn’t. I would recommend him to any BMW owner. Get him to check your vehicle before your warranty expires with the dealership. He will point out any issues and have them stated to you so you can bring it up with the dealership while it is still under warranty.”
