We have had our vehicles (X5, 128i) in for general service three times now. They did the work, inspected for issues (found one), called to fully discuss then proceeded with the repairs. Great work, great customer service, fair price, easy to get a timely appointment, they call when your vehicle is ready for pick up, friendly staff … what more can I say.
